My name is Rajani Balasubramanian and I am a Research Technician. But, don’t be mistaken by thinking that this blog is all about Research and Science. I just want to share with you a little more about myself and my experiences in life, and hopefully this will provide you with some benefits and values.
After finally setting foot into my profession, I reckoned what a struggle it was for me to get to where I am. It was only after many failed attempts, that I managed to bag myself this spot. More than the source of finance, my job is my passion, it is something I enjoy.
For me it was important to be able to what I enjoy and am passionate about without having to worry about whether this would help pay my bills. Your professional success can be achieved only if you manage to achieve both, Personal satisfaction and Financial satisfaction. If I don’t enjoy what I am doing, I will definitely not be able give my 100% to it. This would cause hindrance in my professional progress, in turn financial growth.
I wanted to help others figure out ways of freeing themselves from the stress of not finding what they are looking for in their professional life. This made me think, why not share my experiences with others who are in a similar situation as I was.
My intention is to share my experiences and learnings, along with immediate tips for a launch, through which many young professionals would benefit. I would be doing all this through my blogs.
